• Investment opportunities for accredited and/or qualified investors under applicable securities laws.
• AI-powered tools such as Zookey for enhanced customer service and deal management.

Use of our services is also subject to our General Disclaimers and Investment Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

• Borrowers must be of legal age and meet our credit, collateral, and underwriting requirements.
• Investors must meet accredited investor or other applicable qualification standards.
• Services are available only in jurisdictions where permitted by law. We do not offer lending or investment services in jurisdictions where prohibited. A current list of restricted jurisdictions is available upon request.

4. No Advice

We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult your own advisors before making financial decisions.

5. Use of Zookey and AI Tools

Zookey is designed to assist with loan, investment, and partner communications. While Zookey may provide suggestions, reminders, or estimates, AI outputs may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. All final determinations are made by authorized human personnel.

6. No Guarantee of Funding or Investment Performance

Submitting an application or inquiry does not guarantee approval or funding. Investment offerings are not guaranteed and carry the risk of loss, including loss of principal.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including processing through Zookey.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our platform and AI tools only for lawful purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including lending and securities regulations.
• Not misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer our platform or AI features.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and platform features (including Zookey) are the property of Tallridge or its licensors and protected by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services, including AI-generated outputs.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Benton County, Washington, unless prohibited by law.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tallridge regarding the use of our services.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised effective date.
